I've trained with Bruce and know the system.
I've been a healer since I was a young boy-I was able to move energy around at 7 years old or so though I was 11 before doing it regular and 14 before realising I could heal with it.

Robert is one of the few authors who's techniques I can use and relate to. I've taught his specific techniques to a few other people to help them with specific issues. It IS easy to teach and transfer this skill. Just requires a little patience and imagination. Gone are the days of difficult visual only stuff. Instead you start tactiley and add the other senses in.

I'm not a new ager, commercial therapist or qualified anything-I use my gift freely just because I can :). I don't argue the toss about suggestion, theories, or how/why it works. It works and works well so not too bothered about any debating now. That's for researchers.

If you want to get a feel for this, goto his website and lookup the tutorials or just buy the book. You will, if you follow instructions, get energy sensations in under half an hour. Some folks-5 minutes. Its that easy.

Btw a belief in negs,spirits or etheric stuff is not required. A willingness to try out a fresh new mental exercise is all you need. Regardless of what you think the results are really from.

A MUST FOR ANY ENERGY WORKER

Energy Work
Robert Bruce has created an interesting new technique for use in energy work. His frame of reference begins with a common problem: many people find the process of visualization very difficult when they first undertake mediation or energy work. Often, as these individuals read the how to books on these subjects they expect that they will actually see a full blown colour image manifest in front of them. They don't realize that much of what they will experience in these situations are merely sensations and changes of perception. Far too often, people get frustrated and quit before these techniques can do any good.

To aid and strengthen the visualization process, Bruce has created his system. There are a number of different techniques. However, all start with physical touch: scratching, brushing, or making stirring movements on the surface of the skin. These movements are meant to get the individual to focus on the sensations in particular spots. Once the feelings of these real actions are felt then it is easier to extrapolate these motions to other body parts and to make use of other visualization techniques and energy work.

I really liked the concepts set out in Energy Work and the process really does help build visualization skills. This foundation would be useful for meditation, positive experience visualization, breathwork, energy work, and many other aspects of alternative health and spirituality.
