The Bread Bible is just that a bible! I found out so many things I never knew and I've had such good success with every bread I've tried! I highly
recomend this for anyone wanting to make bread. It is truly wonderful!
She is right - comes out great
I own alot of cookbooks but this one fits the kitchenaid mixer to a t. All is perfect in this except the English muffins - KA is better!KitchenAid K45SS Classic 250-Watt 4-1/2-Quart Stand Mixer, White - Good to make your own bread and muffins. I really liked the sesame seed bun ones for hamburgers and such. Really a nice match to the Kitchenaid.The King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion: The All-Purpose Baking Cookbook
The Bread Bible
Reading other reviews, I decided to get this book. I used it to make Whole Wheat Bread....... the worst bread I have ever made. I don't know how the other breads are but fear trying them, have put the book away. I would not recommend it.
