Wonderful Cookbook
We've owned this cookbook for a couple of years now and everything we've made from it has been wonderful!
Great information
I'm so pleased I purchased this cookbook. So far, we've tried the grilled cheese sandwich using Fontina cheese, Mushrooms and sage. We also tried the Roasted Cod (any white fish) & Roasted Potatoes & Thyme.
Both were simple to make & delicious. Will do both again. But I'll be trying something new next.
The bonuses in "Quick from Scratch, Herbs & Spices Cookbook" are a page on "Essential Ingredient Information". Pairing Wine with Herbs & Spices. The next 2 pages are all the recipes arranged by course. Two pages of useful Test-Kitchen Tips. My favorite page is: Herb & Spice Substitions. Of course, there's an Index in the back of the book.
This book is a MUST HAVE.
