Wonderful Beginning Quilting Book
Meryl Ann Butler uses every trick in the book to complete a beautiful quilt in the least amount of time. While an intermediate quilter could probably complete a project in an afternoon, a beginner could easily complete a quilt before they got bored or frustrated.

I lurve this book because it shows that a simple pattern can product a lovely result. It certainly will be my go-to book for baby quilts.

Projects include pillow covers, baby quilts, lap quilts and wall hangings. All of them are made from squares. The majority of projects are small enough that you don't have to worry about piecing together a backing. Great addition to my quilting library.

It is compiled beautifully, totally easy to understand, every quilting principle needed is there (nothing missing), the binding of the book superb, the illustrations perfect with the highest level of artistry in every page ... layout perfect!!!! This is a great quilt book for beginners or seasoned quilters! Lots of great ideas and fun book with a spiral binding allowing the book to lie flat when open. The 6 inch squares are great for adding your machine embroidery. Making it as fancy as you like with lace, velvet, or cotton. It can be made with simple squares or embelish, embelish, emblish.
