have to admit I was disappointed...
When I heard they re-recorded 'Victims..', I was expecting them to somehow modernize it to where it is as good as their releases 'The Prophecy', 'Epic', 'Shadows & Dust', and 'Serenity in Fire'. Earlier Kataklysm is kind of generic. Don't get me wrong, they are currently my favorite death metal band, but they had to evolve into that. Buy everything starting with 'The Prophecy' before getting this CD. This CD is just OK.
