O.M.F.G.5
[...]this record kicks the dog crap outta me. This is music that makes you want to punch someones face clean off their head. I put it in my car and broke my steering column from smashing the wheel too hard. I am a diehard hardcore fan, but this is something more. It has all the brutality of death metal and the tough as hell breakdowns and brutal guitar of hatebreed. I didn't think it was possible to blend the two as perfectly as these guys have done. I have to say this is my fave to date. This record is an excellent representation of how I feel. Angry and empowering and brutal music. Unbelievable. I give it a BRUTASTIC 5 out of 5. Let the sea run red with the blood of anyone who can't dig this punishment boyeee!!!

Music Sounding Exactly As Their Name Claims4
I don't know about all this hardcore versus metalcore versus grindcore crap, but as far as pure, brutal metal is concerned, these guys lay it down. The vocalist sounds like a death metal Phil Anselmo (Pantera). His balls-out, 'I have to always make a statement' lyrics power through every song. The guitarist keeps his riffs centered around shredding. While there are some guitar queers out there that have to hear huge melodic progressions and complex chord changes (like a few of the whiners reviewing this album), this guy keeps it where it needs to be: straight-forward thrash. The bass player is lost in the mix of the record, really only be noticable on the intro. to the song 'This Fight'. The drummer shreds and shreds and shreds. That dude comes across as a clean, tight, well-oiled machine. There is no lack of double bass on the record. As for the album itself, it is simple. Short, sweet, and to the point metal. The songs hover in the two minute range, all with quick intros and no guitar solos. The band hammers down from the get-go, favoring long speed runs mixed with bashing moments or groove. If you need intense metal, these guys have made the album for you.
