Hailing from Sweden, The Soulshake Express is destined to become yet another phenomenal Swedish musical export. Drawing influences from such rock legends as MC5, Deep Purple, and AC/DC--as well as the more current Wolfmother, Hellacopters, and Jon Spencer Blues Explosion--these retro rockers infuse their grooves with thundering guitars and a swirling organ. The band started out in the late summer of 2003. The Soulshake Express has created a strong name in the underground scene and is now on a mission to shake your souls! Having just finished a string of festival dates throughout Europe, The Soulshake Express is headed back into the studio to complete their first full-length release for Beatville Records, which will hit the streets in early 2007.
