Scandinavian Death Metal from the US
After a promising self-titled EP, Martriden returns with a more polished, better orchestrated full-length that seethes with dark, uncompromising Scandinavian death. Definitely worth the purchase.
Worth every penny
A fantastic piece of metal from the US?!! I know, I couldn't believe it either but my faith in the metal "scene" here has a life-spark seen in Martriden.
I was a big fan of their EP and actually bought it from the band themselves back when they were first promoting it and this album is the evolutionary step up from that beginning.
Great guitar/bass riffs, great drumming and I'm a huge fan of the lead singer they have.
Pick this one up if you're a fan of black metal, death metal or anything in between. There is something here for almost everyone.
