So...4
I've been a fan of Eyes Set To Kill since their debut album, Reach. And in my music collection the clean female vocals is a nice change of pace. However, this album is not as great as "Reach". It has it's gold points, but I personally think ESTK could have done better.

The Aesthetics of Alexia Rodriguez4
This was a really enjoyable album for me. I first heard the song "Heights" on Sirius, which inspired me to check out the rest of the album. At first I wasn't exactly sure of it, but I couldn't get my mind around Alexia Rodriguez's voice. I find some kind of solace in listening to her perform. She has one of the most beautiful voices I've heard in some time. Hearing her sing (especially on the final track) makes me think that I may actually want to begin dating again one day.

All in all, this is a very solid album, definitely worth a listen to simply for the aesthetics of Alexia's performance alone. This band has a lot of potential to evolve more and more in the oncoming years, which will be interesting to see. Really, the only problem I have with this band is the male vocalist... he should not be singing. He DEFINITELY should not be singing with Alexia. Thankfully, his voice makes only a minor contribution. Still, he doesn't belong there and is the reason for me rating this album only 4 stars. However, don't let that stop you from checking this band out, they are worth the time and the money.
