My first Destroyer cd from yet another highly talented Canadian band. Several songs remind me of mid-70s Dylan (Street Legal, Desire). Outstanding from start to finish.

Beautiful songs about life, death and the loss of her parents. This will be one I pull out for many years to come.

Easily the biggest "Surprise" of the year. Never imagined he had a cd in him that would be this good.

Brilliant songwriting and songs. Like Bob Dylan's Bootleg cds (Vols. 1-3), these songs are first-rate and could have easily been used to make several great records. He's firmly cemented his position among the all-time great artists.
