There is something to be said about simple love songs in the key of George Harrison - and music that's "Christian" but doesn't feel the need to be preachy or shove it in your face – which is what has always turned me off about Christian music. "I Wanna Marry You All Over Again" is a brilliant song that hooked me almost immediately.

Ryan Adams has been one of my favorite artists for a few years now. And his latest has really reconfirmed that - and washed the bad taste of 29 out of my memory. "Everyone Knows" and "Two" are instant classics.

Spoon is on a roll! I remember thinking after buying "Girls Can Tell" that this is a neat band - but every album afterward has proven me wrong - they aren't just neat - they are damn good! "The Underdog" is my favorite song off of this album - but everything on there is good.

Over the past year I've realized that Reconstruction Site has become a stand-by album - that I'll turn to whenever I need to listen to something good - and don't know what. So, Reunion Tour has some big shoes to fill - but already it seems to be adjusting comfortably and learning to press all thos buttons - with my favorites "Civil Twilight" and "Relative Surplus Value"

Talk about a band with the golden touch! I remember back in 2001 going to every record store in the area trying to find their lo-fi debut - and now just 2 albums removed they are everywhere! My favorite tracks include "Australia" and "Turn On Me"

It's almost getting to the point of over exposure with tracks in iPod commercials and the one in the 'chocolate' commercial - but in this rare instance this albums deserves it! My favorite tracks include "Feel It All" and "My Man My Moon"

Wow! This is an outstanding album - I've listened to it several times in a row just taking it all in. There are several sure hits on here "Winter Windows", "Middle Distance Runner" and "You're a Wolf"
