Excellent water workout
Since being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis I have found warm water therapy invaluable. Watching this video has been very motivating. I haven't been able to purchase the equipment that they sell. But I have used many of their workout suggestions in the water which has helped a lot. I am going to purchase their equipment when my finances allow me to and I can't wait to use them. I would highly recommend this video to anyone whether they have arthritis, are a beginner or are an advanced athlete.
