Buy new: $17.79 / Used from: $14.84 I have an older version, w/ cassettes. But I really enjoy it. Teaches Hangul immediately, and all dialogue is presented in Hangul. CD/cassette dialogue is simple but lets you hear the pronunciation. A good place to begin, especially since there are so few Korean books out there!

 | Teach Yourself Beginner's Arabic Script by John Mace
Buy new: $8.76 / Used from: $4.10 I have the older version so the cover looks different. I hear the newest version is only better. Teaches Arabic script immediately, and the vocabulary is enough to get you started. A good starter course, but you will need more thorough material later. Also, this teaches MSA so if you are looking for a specific dialogue of Arabic, this is not for you.

Gives you printable certificates once you complete levels. 4 CDs, last one is a game similar to Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? Pretty good starter course, you can have decent conversation by the time you finish.
