Chapter 11 is notoriosly complex. However, this book does a superb job of explaning the concepts. If your course work includes the study of Chapter 11 reorganizations under the Bankruptcy Code, get this book.

At some schools the course is focused on how to file law suits. At others the focus may just be the Erie Doctrine. Neither is enough.
