These ladders make conventional step ladders look like homeowner drapery hangers. They will pay for themselves in 40 Hrs and maybe save yourself from a fall. If I wasn't such a money miser I'd give away all my old ladders. They are so stable you can without O.S.H.A. watching stand on top of these ladders and work like your on the ground. Thus you can use a 4- Foot Muti-Use ladder in place of a conventional 6- Footer.

Great Ladder; S&H snags
This is the best ladder I've ever owned for use around the house and yard. It is quite stable and solid, yet light enough to move around and can be climbed from either side. Its fiberglass supports should make it harder to get shocked doing electrical repairs.
S&H could be better as the ladder only had one stip of tape to hold the bottom together; it came off, but the sturdy ladder showed no damage. There was not good communications between Eagle and the local delivering agent who was calling a wrong phone number (that had a distant area code) to try and reach me for delivery. I had to contact Amazon to find out who the local delivery company was as the on line info "stalled" at the intermediate Eagle Terminal 350 miles away.
