This recovery strap has a high break strength of 10,000 pounds with rust-resistant zinc plated forged hooks.

Solid product. Well made.
Not much else to say, its a tow strap. Decide for yourself whether you want the hooks or not.

Very thin. Wouldn't use it for large trucks or SUV's. Hooks could be a little wider.
