Lousy stuff
The Tylenol folks could do better than this. I hate the dropper, it's a pain to get an accurate measurement with it. Next, you stick it in the child's mouth and then back in the bottle--or rinse it with water and contaminate the whole bottle? Weird either way. You would assume that "infant" drops would have the dosage written on the box and you wouldn't have to hunt around for your pediatrician's recommended dosage, or do any kind of math at 3 am, to properly dose the infant. Under 24 lbs, or 2 years old, you need to "call a doctor" to dose. To make matters even more complex, they made it into a concentrate, so you could easily over-dose your kid. They make "children's liquids" for ages 2+. Why would you get infant tylenol for that bunch? It is just ridiculous, especially when your infant is upset, you're tired and you just need to figure out the dosing quickly.

Next the "dye-free" perk is marketed as a "non-staining formula" as if it weren't a perk enough not to give an infant Red #2, Yellow #6, etc... Stains aren't my concern. I am a mom; stain removal is an innate talent. The ingredient list in these types of medications are just nasty: butylparaben, carboxymethlcellulose sodium, cellulose, citric acid, flavors?!, glycerin, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, sorbitol, sucralose, xanthan gum. Yummy. Just want I want to give my infant. Why can't the infant pain med people come up with just a simple easily translated list of ingredients. Would it be that expensive? Why does it have to have so much other crap in there?

It makes a little brandy on the gums sound downright tame, as many of our parents were inclined to do. Not that I'd go that route either, but there must be a simpler solution to the teething/immunization woes that come with being a baby.

A relief you can count with!
Great, helps to reduce illness, fever and body pain. It helps our babies during a cold.

Doesn't help to put baby to sleep
When our 1-year-old is in pain and can't sleep, Tylenol doesn't seem to help much. Our pediatrician recommended Infant's Motrin, and it works much better at putting the baby to sleep.
