If you read only one book about breastfeeding, make it this one. This is the classic guide from La Leche League. It is full of mother-to-mother wisdom.

This book is by the well-known nurse and breastfeeding mother Martha Sears and her husband, well-known pediatrician Dr. William Sears. It is easy to read, honest and realistic.
