Total pain to get going
I'm what I consider to be computer savvy and thought I'd have little difficulty installing this software. Boy, was I wrong! I had to pay a computer person to come to my home and the hoome of the other user to install this software after MONTHS of trying to get it to work.

The reason I gave it 3 stars? Because once it was installed it works perfectly and both of us absolutely love it.

Cation
In no way am I knocking this product. However, before you buy take note that PCanywhere 12.0 in not compatible with the new Windows Vista OS. I have used Symantec's products for some time now & there are no cautions on their web site that 12.0 would not work with Vista. I only found out after buying it.

Not for resale
I recieved the product today only to find the person who sold me a "New" copy of the software was selling a copy that was not for resale....
