A must-have for your personal library!
I want to HIGHLY recommend Feel It Real! There are a ton of exercises in the first half of the book, and a bunch of games listed in the second half of the book.

You might be tempted to read through the exercises and do them later, but they build upon each other, so don't read too far ahead or you'll just have to go back to do the exercises. And I *highly* recommend doing them, too. The value of this book is in the exercises you do, uncovering and starting to change/ changing your beliefs.

Some of the games are variations of other games/exercises you may have seen, but that may be more "user friendly" for you. For example, Abraham (channeled through Esther Hicks) has a game called "Rampage of Appreciation" (or something similar), that I've never been able to *get*, really. Denise has a game called 10 in 1, and I play this game all day! Appreciating 10 things about 1 subject (sometimes I'm trying really hard to find 10 things, sometimes I've got way more than 10) really leaves me "vibing high"... then I start a 10 in 1 for something else!

You'll keep coming back to this book to do the exercises on other desires, too - Denise has you working on three desires from the beginning of the book, but you'll think of so many other things that you'll want to play (not work :-) ) on.

I would've given this book 4 1/2 stars if I could have. Why not 5? There are only two things I'd change about the book.

The first is the physical set-up. I think it would work much better as a spiral bound book, so that it could lay flat or easily opened to the page with the exercise you're currently doing. I realize that this sort of binding may be cost prohibitive.

The second is that I'd like to read MORE about Denise's life-changing experiences with these exercises. I am a person who really likes "proof" so I'd like more "testminials" from her.

If you're new to Law of Attraction or Conscious Creation, I recommend getting a basic LoA book along with this one. Ask and it is Given by Abraham-Hicks or their new book The Law of Attraction (which I have not read and is coming out today). Denise's book has extremely basic information about LoA so it would be really useful to have a bit more background.

FEEL IT REAL HAS CHANGED MY LIFE
This book has literally changed my life- It is absolutely magical. It is perfect, inspirational and mind-blowing. I would reccomend it to anyone who is interested in living a life that is full of health, happiness, abundance and success. The Author is a perfect coach, that teaches in a fun way to manifest your dreams. I am such a fan!

great book, fantastic tool!
Got Feel it Real last year and read it in one go, it was funny, entertaining and intelligent. Eventually a Law of Attraction workbook! I had enough of theory, I wanted to apply these ideas. The games are cool and easy to work and bring instant results. This is a very good supplement to any Abraham-Hicks or LOA material. Hope she keeps on publishing her brilliant ideas. Buy it now and buy one for your little sister too.
