Amazon.com Review
Pinzon's luxuriously soft Egyptian cotton sheets add a touch of elegance to the bedroom. The top-quality set is made from 100-percent, single-ply Egyptian cotton yarns woven with 400 threads per inch. Offered in a wide array of colors and a choice of sizes, the sheets harmonize with any decor and can be used to outfit any bed in the house. Four simple pleats in a single narrow band add a great decorative touch to the solid sheeting and differentiate them from other everyday sheets. The king set includes a 118-by-102-inch flat sheet, a 78-by-80-inch fitted sheet, and two 20-by-40-inch pillowcases. The fitted sheets are made with 15-inch corners to fit thick, luxury mattresses. Easy to care for, the set is safe to clean at home in the washing machine.

Customer Reviews

Stay away...unless you enjoy ironing sheets.2
Ok, there seems to be a pattern developing here. If you get sheets not from China, they are ok. Mine were from China. I bought two sets, and while they are not paper thin, they are very frustrating. Little details, like a top hem stitch, are missing. These say luxury, but it is in title only. The (luxury?) folds on the top looks to be accomplished by folding over the fabric and simply stitching them in. While this is no biggie, the fold over has no stitch to keep the top hem in place. As a result, when you wash them, you have a mass of wrinkles at the top that will NOT line up for a straight edge. On top of this, the fabric itself seems stiff and prone to wrinkles. I have many sets of all cotton sheets, and this is not a problem in softer cottons, and perhaps these will soften up with a few washings. But unless you enjoy ironing sheets, I would stay away from these! NOT recommended! I have not tried ironing them yet and will probably not. But you should know they will NOT look good without ironing, at the very least.

A good deal, but...3
While the price was very low for Egyptian cotton, these sheets are not nearly as soft as others I have purchased making me wish I had just spent the extra to get a better quality.

Egyptian Cotten, what else is there?5
The feel is sleet and smooth. The look is rich with a deep-purple gray sheen and three decorative pleats to the top sheet and pillow hems. This is Egyptian Cotten even at 400 ct., it does not 'ball' or pick up lint and detergent. It does line dry in just a few hours. They do need ironing after washing.
