Buy new: Too low to display I tend not to give bagless machines a great review, however the Dyson DC21 is the exception to the rule. No repair issues. The cons are: very short cord(16.4ft), it doesn't manuver around the floor as well as other canisters, messy to empty. Pros: Great suction, lifetime filters, strong 5 year warranty bumper to bumper. Expect a good 7-10 years of service.

Buy new: $181.15 Buyer Beware! This vacuum has MANY repair issues. The plastic is very cheap. We have replaced the entire body of the vacuum after a fall down the stairs. Also the HEPA filter is currently unavailable from Hoover. Major supply issues on parts to this vacuum. Hoover sold their company after releasing this vacuum. They were on the verge of bankruptcy.With products like this, I understand.

Buy new: $362.10 This Electrolux (I mean Eureka) had some problems initially. The hose had an issue, causing the vacuum not to come on. Eureka (who bought Electrolux name) has seemed to have fixed this problem. I give this vacuum 3 out of 5. Great filtration, quiet operation, easy to use. Don't expect same quality of your Mom's old Electrolux, you'll be disapointed. Expect 5-7 Years of service.
