This book should is equally of interest to men and women of all ages.

Excellent DVD covering expansion of pleasure and healing for women by way of sacred spot massage. A very good starting DVD accessible by all. Explicit enough to be real without being over the top.

Similar to "Tantra Awakening" but as seen from a man's point of view. The author gives a good treatment of some of the principles Shivaic Tantra while recounting his experiences in India and Tibet.

Excellent book on why masculine men and feminine women in loving relationships often drive each other crazy and how to turn that into a positive. The more masculine we are, the more we are attracted to feminine women, and the harder it is for us to understand each other.

Although this book never onces mentions the word Tantra it is very compatible with Tantric principles of communication and giving of pleasure. The entire book and the program it contains is focused on how a woman's partner can create the most mutual bliss while she receives wonderful physical stimulation.

Excellent DVD on a wonderful Tantric ritual by Tantra instructors Steve and Lokita Carter. Steve and Lokita were trained by Margot Anand to continue her Tantra education programs in the US.

Osho is the eastern philosopher who essentially created "Western" or "Red" Tantra with its sexual orientation. Communing with Osho by reading or listening to him is a very good use of time. This book is from Osho lectures about Sex as a precursor to superconsciousness.

Osho connects the spiritual path and the physicality of sex in the lectures distilled into this book.

This is another contrary book. It takes a strong position against the over association between traditional tantra as a practice and set of sciences and sexual practices also called tantra.

Alexander Lowen was a direct student of Wilhelm Reich. There is a fascinating write-up of a healing session Reich perfomed on Lowen during their first meeting in this book. Lowen created a speciality called "Bioenergetics" which is a hands on, non-sexual approach to healing practiced by many western psychotherapists world-wide today. This book is the direct logical extension of Reich's fine work.

Classic text on sensual massage for beginners. Sometimes available with DVD which is great for beginners. Author recommends the New Art of Sensual Massage as more recent version of this, but that book does not yet have a DVD. Sensual massage is not really sexual massage.

Good introductory Tantra book for yet another Tantra style. Laurie is a wonderful teacher and facilitator in person with her "Bliss" tantra classes. Her emotional release process is very Reichean.

Interesting book that will open your eyes as to why some sexual activities seem to have profound physiological impact on the practitioners.

Good overview of Taoist sexual practices from a male point of view. Only negative is the lack of illustrations. Personally I find the Taoist approve to be too control and force based for my liking compared to the gentler Tantra approaches of letting your energy flow by itself.
