The chair was shipped promptly and when we discovered that the remote was missing, a replacement was sent immediately. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the chair. The massage action is almost nothing and the chair does not recline all the way as we expected. We probably would have returned the chair if the shipping had not been so expensive.

not too bad for the money
for the price, this is not a bad chair. of course, it's not like a shiatzu, but it also doesn't cost over 1000! It has some nice features and works well, so if you're on a budget, but would still like to get a massage chair, I think this one is nice.
