Pleased with order
I ordered this dual time watch because my husband is in Kuwait and I am constantly trying to figure out what his time is. I received the watch promply within days of my order. Unfortunatly, the small hand on one of the dials was loose and it wouldn't keep time. I emailed the company and told them that I was going to be mailing the watch back to them and would like a replacement. They mailed me another one out the next day, before I even mailed the other one back to them. I received it within two days and it is working great, and I love it. Service problems
This watch was given to me as a Christmas present, and the lower dial did not work properly. I contacted the company and was advised to mail it in for repairs. I did so, and today (a month later), it was returned. I opened the box to discover that the bottom dial is now, indeed, working; however, the top dial is totally lifeless. I guess I will try sending it in again, as I really want the watch in order to keep track of "real time" for a loved one who is stationed in the Middle East. I'm feeling embarrassed for the person who bought it for me, though, and am beginning to wonder if I will ever be able to use this timepiece.
Elegant dual time
I purchased this watch for my sister who is traveling with me to Greece. I have found my dual time watch valable when traveling, so I felt this would make a great gift. I was empressed with the watch, the packaging, and it arrived in record time. It is listed as unisex, but I feel the style leans more to the feminine. The price is excellent.
