Great book, good resource. I began at 15 months, not sure about the information for starting earlier then that, but found the information in this book from 15 months on well worth it.

I recommend using these stickers as a motivational tool. We started by giving one every time she went and moved on to one on a calendar at the end of an accident free day.

These are great to use when you are out and about where accidents may happen or for naps and bedtime until they are old enough to not wet. We liked the feel wet liner ones, they seemed to help.

Once we started having accident free days, we switched to these, more like underwear, but a little thicker for leaks or accidents. Best training pants I have used or seen. Soft and comfortable.

These also helped work for my daughter because we would set a goal for her to keep Buzz dry all day. The characters can make a difference and be a good Motivator.

Towards the end when she was getting the hang of things we offered a toy at the end of the day if she had no accidents. This caught on quick. Buy inexpensive small trinkets and keep stocked up. Another good idea is to wrap them and keep them in a bowl in the bathroom for them to pick one and unwrap each trip to the potty or at the end of the day.
