Better value than buying regular set
I received this for my new daughter, and I checked around and found that this set with the CD and book(the cd alone is about 13 dollars) is the best value. The other sets that don't include the case or the extra lens covers are 39.99 and thats without extra lens covers and a carry case. I also have used other ear thermometers and have found that some companies don't offer lens covers or the reading is much slower. My older son says that the other brand we had hurt his ear and this one he seems to like.

The BEST thermometer out there!!!
It's not easy to get any baby to hold still to take their temp. This thermometer ables you to take thier temp fast and easy! I also use it on my husband and myslef. I even brought it to my Dr.'s office a few times to make sure it was reading the same as the Dr's thermometer, and it was right on!
When I go to baby showers this is the gift I give.
Once you own one of these thermometers you will use it forever!

Very Unhappy
I am very unhappy with this item. I recieved it as a gift and thought this will be great because then I won't have to use the under arm thermometer or the rectal but boy was I wrong. It never gives an accurate temp so it is no good. I am presently looking for a new thermometer that will tell me if my son has a temperature.
