We registered for one of these, then discovered that they are one of the most hotly debated items! We haven't used it yet (in week 4) but our baby is breastfed and his diapers aren't really stinky. We have a regular trash can in the changing area and use plastic grocery bags as liners. We take the bags out every 3 or 4 days and have had no problem with odor.

He likes this option much better than the Infantino front to back baby carrier we purchased with foam and straps - it's too rough and gets really hot. Another store return!

We haven't found the white noise CD to be that effective, but the other tips have been great. The DVD is nice becuase husbands don't always want to read baby books, but they'll watch a video.

Buy new: $16.00 These are key for during pregnancy and after baby is born - I started to leak milk at 18 weeks of pregnancy and had to wear nursing pads at night. This bra keeps the pads in place but is comfy enough to sleep in.
