My son hated his bucket infant car seat until we got this mobile. It mesmerized him. A little expensive, but completely worth it.

I can't believe muslin blankets cost this much either. But we have used these more than any other baby item. They worked for swaddling, covering the ground, chewing on while in the car seat, covering the stroller, etc., etc. Really, I couldn't list all of the uses we have found for these.

I really like the soothing song this plays, and the lights are nice without being too jarring. My son can turn it on himself now too, which is a real treat.

Forget the plastic tub infant bathtubs that take up so much space. This lies on the tub floor and creates a nice, soft incline for baby to rest on during bath time. After you are done, pull it up, wring it dry, and hang it to drip. It's unobtrusive and works great.

This is another expensive item that I am so glad we got. It is so much lighter and easier to use than a pack n' play. We used it as a bassinet in our room when our son was very young, we've brought it to countless people's houses for him to sleep in, and we move it around the house as a small play yard. If you travel, I would say this is one of the best purchases you can make.
