Too big!
First off, the description I see on the page for this doesn't fit the item - it's not a rattle teether, just a vinyl teething ring, and it's not a multiple texture toy (unless you count the slight ridges on the sides of the ring) - OK now we've got that out of the way just in case anyone's not paying attention to the photos!

I bought this to replace a much-preferred teether which proved not very durable when the sharp teeth attacked it but it was a bust. It's far too big for the average infant's mouth, very rigid and if you chill or freeze it, you might as well give baby a Duplo block to chew on. I haven't seen the other colors in person but I've got the blue one and rather than being a nice bright sky blue like it appears in the picture, it's a rather dark, dull greenish blue which isn't at all attractive to a little one. It might work for you if you have a late teether (bigger mouth/likes handling chunkier things/doesn't need such eyecatching colors to be interested in something) but my 8 month old wasn't impressed and I think the thing's somewhere at the bottom of the toy box now.
