These hats run small...
...so err on the side of caution and bump up a size. I generally wear a 7-1/4 sized hat, and I ordered a medium according to the size chart. It was so tight I started getting headaches; took a good week before the hat had stretched to a comfortable size. Fortunately, now that it's comfortable the fit is low and snug, and it looks good.

This cap please my husband ...
I purchased this cap when on sale for $9.95. It has held up well so far, and my husband (who's quite picky and only wears fitted caps) says it fits fine and is comfortable. It's a great bargain at this price.
