Customer Reviews
Great little item
These tire levers are thicker than usual, making them very easy to use and helpful for both taking the tires of my mountain bike putting them back on. My only complaint is that you only get 2 of them (generally tire levers come in 3's), but this isn't a big deal and they still work fine.
pretty cool
this was the first time I've ever changed a tire on a bike, so i rolled the dice and got these because of their low price. the picture makes them look a little flimsy, but they're actually pretty tough. they did the job well, and they snap together so you don't loose one. not much else to say... buy them.
They work great
Inexpensive and work great for me removing 700c x 23 road tires. Also, work fairly well for putting the tires back on except for that last quarter or so that requires a lot of muscle. From what I've seen, I'll agree with others that most companies sell tire levers in packs of 3 BUT I have seen some sold in pairs AND in my use, 2 has been plenty enough. Get the first lever on and hooked on a spoke, slide in the next lever and I can run it all the way around and remove the tire. Lastly, from my research through bicycle repair books and websites, this set from Pedro's come highly recommended above other brands (including Park Tool).
