Customer Reviews

So poor quality it is unsafe!1
I bought this for my baby, thinking it would be a good deal and easy because I was getting all the stuff I needed in one package. When I received it I was extremely disappointed. I haven't used all the items yet, but of the ones I have every single item has been cheaply made. First of all, the package itself is cheap quality plastic, about as thick as a plastic bag. The zipper broke off in my hand right away. Secondly, the hairbrush bristles are so rough that they hurt my babies head (I have a Swiss Army hairbrush with softer bristles). To top it all off, one morning my baby woke up with a very stuffy nose. I hurred to get the nasal aspirator from this kit, having taken for granted that it was a functional aspirator, and it broke apart in my hand. It wouldn't work at all! I had to go to the drugstore to get a new one. Thank God it wasn't an emergency. Well, I completely wasted my money on this product, and hopefully no one else will.

Poorest Quality Product I've seen1
I was excited about finding a kit containing everything, but boy, I was sorely disappointed when I got home. Everything about this kit was off, starting with the zipper which like another review prompty fell off in my hand (still attached to the other side of the kit). No big deal, I thought, I'll put all the product in the "other" pouch that comes with it. That didn't work as the other zipper on the (cheap, almost ceran-like plastic) actually had a skip in the zipper and was broken on the track -- completely unfixable. No problem, I though, I'll just put the product in a make-up bag. But then a got a look at the things in there ... emory boards without a case -- just a big hodge podge with no way to bundle them; and they were falling apart: the cardboard separated so you had the sandpaper-like file on one-side and the smooth side on separate pieces even though they should have been one tool. The nail clippers were plasticed and falling apart, the hairbrush bristles are very harsh and coming out, the tweezers weren't precision lined up and didn't close up properly, and the scissors were in two pieces -- not latched at the middle, and the comb was missing one tooth (which I found in the packaging). This is all before I even used anything. I had bought two kits -- one for home and one for the diaper bag. Thinking that this case one case must have been hurt in transit, I opened the other to check. The exact same thing happened with the zippers on the cases. Needless to say, I stopped even that and returned the kit. Very disappointing for Safety First which really should revisit this product. This is a great idea, but definately doesn't work. Before you spend your money on a kit, I suggest going for a little bit more time consuming method and purchasing your choice of products and placing them into a self-made kit. It will save you heartache and frustration in the long-run!

it's useful but the quality is just ok...3
i guess no one makes really good quality grooming set for the babies...
it's ok.. most of the things i have used.. i think you have to have one of these to take care of the baby. ^^
