The Stroller Strides stroller comes with a fitness pack that includes two exercise tubes of different tensions, drink holder, and fitness manual. Its pivoting front wheel swivels for nimble and agile movement; it turns on a dime, but the innovation does not stop there. The front wheel can lock into a fixed position for jogging or off-road use. The strong, welded frame is made of aircraft-grade aluminum alloy that is lightweight and durable—weighing 24.6 pounds including fitness kit. Best Stroller Out There
I currently live in Tokyo, Japan and do a lot of walking. This stroller is a dream. You can easily push it with one hand and it can hold a ton of stuff. My son is a tall boy and still is comfortable in it. I have tried many other strollers and this is the only one that I would recommend to a friend.

I'd give this a 10!
This is the best stroller I've ever used, which I've used several. We are on our third child, and finally purchased a stroller that was worth it. How I wish we'd made this our first purchase. This is a all-purpose stoller, except when you need to be in crowded spots, as it is pretty big. It handles well, and can stoll through grass parks with ease! I never have to worry about the wheels getting stuck, having difficulty steering or even going through shallow water. This stroller is AWESOME to run with, even when using the infant carrier! I love it and want to have more babies to use it more. :)

Great Purchase!
I am in love with the BOB stroller! It has helped me to get back in shape (mentally and physically) from my pregnancy. I am able to run just as I did before, just now with a baby along for the ride! It is very lightweight, very durable, and relatively easy to take in and out of the back of my Honda CRV. I also got the infant seat adaptor and have not had any problems with that either. I do look forward to when I can just put my baby right in the stroller though, instead of strapping in the car seat. The stroller comes with some elastic stretch band things that I have not used. I guess you can look online to see what exercises correlate to them.
I highly recommend this stroller to anyone who is an avid runner. It does well on the street, sidewalks, and dirt trails. I have not tried it out at the beach yet, but I hope it does well on sand too! The price is kinda high, but I do think it was well worth the money!
