Customer Reviews

Very Disappointing Product from Such a Well Known Brand1
I purchased this chair for my son when he was about 6 months old. It worked fine for a while, although I immediately began to notice minor inconveniences, such as the design of the lap belt, the difficulty in cleaning the chair and in breaking it down for travel. After approximately two months of daily use, the seams along the bottom of the chair began to rip. I was able to contact Dorel Juvenile Group, the manufacturer. They shipped the "defective" chair back at their expense and sent me a new chair. I just don't feel comfortable using the same chair again, though.

Love the Chair, Hate the straps, Bottom Is Ripping 1
I love the design of the chair itself. The arms are perfect for our wood table. Now the flaws: I agree with other reviewers, the middle strap doesn't adjust forward and sits underneath my sons crotch area. That makes it very difficult to get in and out and not very secure. The biggest flaw is the seams on the bottom have begin to fray after just 4-5 uses. My son is 20# and it is supposed to hold up to 28#. It makes me think he is going to fall right through it. I am taking mine back and looking for a new one. It's too bad, since Eddie Bauer baby products have become a brand that I trust.

Flawed Design1
The chairs arms reach so far underneath the table, they rarely fit. Often, you can't slide the chair deep enough onto the table to maintain a secure hold. The straps for the child's waist are also flawed. While you can adjust the side straps, you can't adjust the middle strap which goes between the child's legs. The strap is far too short and as a result, the buckle rests at a very low, uncomfortable position on my child's crotch. I doubt this chair is very safe. My child is only 10 months old and weighs 18 pounds, 13 oz.

A poor design from start to finish. I returned it.
