Outstanding for cold prevention
I have found that if I drink a glass of Immune Fizz at the FIRST sign of a cold that it has STOPPED the progression of the cold 100% of the time. Although the taste is a bit strong and there is a distinct lack of flavors I would not want to be without my Immune Fizz especially during cold and flu season. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.

Immune
I picked this up after trying Zip Fizz, made by the same company. I like the flavors and convenience of preparing these products. Just dump them into water and they make an interesting low calorie supposedly healthful drink. I have diabetes and had to give up drinking straight juice because of high carbs which turn into sugar. Now I can drink this without getting too much sugar in my system. I usually mix some regular juice with it though because it improves the taste a bit. My only complaint about it is the cost. It seems pretty high for just a small amount of powder, but I guess it is comparable to similar products! I would buy a lot more if the price were less.
