Poor Service, Huge Bag, but Good Lookin'
My mother ordered this bag as a gift from our Amazon registry. Unfortunately, she didn't foresee the headaches that would ensue with the company that fulfills these orders through Amazon. It took over three months for the bag to arrive and calls to the company were laborious and time consuming. That said, it is a cute bag.

However, as other reviewers have mentioned, it is huge. It's not useful as a day to day baby accessory unless you're one of those "giant purse" moms who has to carry everything with you at all times (and I can't imagine carrying this alongside a giant purse). I imagine that it would hold about 2 average-sized bowling balls with plenty of room at the top for your infant's daily needs.

Oh yes, and the zipper broke the first day of use (and no, I wasn't carrying the aforementioned bowling balls). All in all, I wouldn't buy it again.

Great Bag!
I love this bag. I bought it because I had already gone through two diaper bags with our first son (2 bags in 1 1/2 years!) and we were expecting another baby. I wanted a larger bag to carry all of the supplies for a 19 month old and a newborn- plus one that would last. I did a lot of research and looking and finally settled on this one. It has excellent construction and is very well built compared to my other bags- a Columbia bag and an Eddie Bauer. It is a large bag but was exactly what I was looking for. It has many inner pockets, a Thinsulate bottle holder, and a large diaper changing pad. So far, I am very impressed and excited to have such a beautiful bag. It looks so wonderful and I am really happy carrying it around.

Stylish diaper bag
HUGE diaper bag, i can fit everything I need for a plane trip and long weekend away. It packs really nicely. There are 5 inside pouches. It keeps all the small things in their place. The changing pad is nice although i never tie it back up, i almost wish it didn't have the ties. I use this bag on a daily basis too. I get so many compliments on this bag. The insulated tote is handy, although i wish the handle was snap on so i could attach it to the outside of the bag.
