I competed four times at the N.E.O.A.A. badminton regional level winning the ladies doubles event twice. I competed at O.F.S.A.A. badminton two years in a row winning 7th place the first time (a bronze medal in the "B" flightl) and 4th place in Ontario the second time (an antique bronze medal in the "A" flight). I have won many awards in ladies singles at various N.O.B.A. circuit tournaments as well as ladies doubles and mixed doubles events at the N.O.B.A. level. I have won badminton team MVP 4 years in a row as well as this year's athlete of the year for my accomplishments in badminton. I have attended 3 badminton camps with Stefan Wojcikiewicz and Andrew Dabeka, Canada's best, in order to raise my level of play. I found that "The Ultimate Guide to Weight Training for Badminton" helped me out in many ways for not just badminton but for an overall physical fitness level as well. The book helped me gain better physical strength and fitness as well as an increase in court speed, not to mention an increase in my confidence level. I would definitely recommend your book to other athletes and have already informed Wojcikiewicz about it. The book also helped me to focus in on training for badminton. I am hoping to play at the University level this fall if I make it, I can attribute a big part of it to you! --Abbi S
I’m the most improved soldier in our District, thanks to the awesome strength training information I got from this book. -- Rogelio A., Soldier in the US Army, April 22, 2005
This book helped me develop more physical strength and fitness as well as increase my speed on the court. -- Abbi S., Competed four times at the N.E.O.A.A. regional level winning the ladies doubles event twice, Kirkland Lake, Ontario, July 5

A reasonable book for weight training...
This book focus directly and specifically on weight training.
It shows you the techniques for using a gym with most of it illustrated with picture.
It also has some recommended program with methods of calculating the exact weight for training etc.
Overall, it seems to be a generic gym book but with the routine focused on muscle group or body part specific to badminton.
At this moment, I will give it an average rating.
Will give the program a try to see whether it will improve my physical conditions (agility and speed) for badminton.
