The BEST grill pan! Nothing sticks to it and it grills wonderfully. I cook chicken, burgers, chops and they all come out with beautiful grill marks and they taste great.

These are great because they fit right in my cookie sheets. I recently started using them to drain some fried foods. I lay some paper towels down on my cookie sheets, fit these racks in and drain my food on them. Trick I picked up from Alton Brown and it works great!

Makes so many things easier! From drop cookies to filling muffins cups... I don't know how I lived without this for so long.
