The white fondue chocolate is the perfect chocolate for anyone with a sweet tooth, and also allows for the use of food colouring to create custom colours to suit your special occasion! These callets are round drops of pure chocolate, easy to melt, weigh, and store, and may also be used in any recipe calling for chunks of chocolate.

It will disappear when the chocolate is re-melted.
