Vegan Natural Choice
Vegan. Natural. Very crispy and light. Sesame seeds are great. Very enjoyable. Traditional Scandinavian fare. Eleven stars. Added to the "Private Reserve" Listmania. Only 60 kcal per piece. Tasty!
They're light but flavorful. They aren't salty or have vegetable flavorings or anything like that--all the taste is from the sesame and grains. They're crunchy, but also a bit crumbly and rather messy. I wouldn't precisely call them crackers--these are puffier. They look like very dry and crisp flat (very flat) breads. They're maybe 3 inches in diameter, and maybe a quarter inch thick, but aren't the least bit heavy.

I heartily recommend these. They're lovely with smoked fish or caviar and some sort of creamy cheese or butter. If you don't want to try a whole pack of 12, you might be able to find them in a Russian or other European grocery.
