Yummy! Pamela's does it again!!!
I absolutely loved corn bread and thought that I would have to stop eating it when I went gluten free. Then Pamela's came out with this super easy and versitile corn bread mix. I immmediately ordered a case having never tried it before because it was a Pamelas product and I have yet to find something I don't like of hers. Anyway, I would definate recommend that if you love corn bread because you will not be disappointed.

Great mix. Easy to use
If you need a gluten free mix this one is VERY good. The best price I've found is on Amazon.
People who do not need to be gluten free eat and enjoy it. No one suspected there was a difference.

It's not Jiffy, but it's not bad
When you're in your fifties and find out that you can never eat gluten again, it's depressing. By this age, we are used to foods tasting a certain way. Gluten-free foods seldom (if ever) taste like we think food should taste, but all said, this Pamela's cornbread isn't bad. It's certainly the best G-F cornbread mix I've found. My nieces loved it and were happy to take home the left-overs.
