Read the fine print!
I have many other Bally shoes, and when I saw that the price dropped to around $186, I brought them, considering that they were selling for $435 at one point. But what I received in the mail was not what was posted on Amazon. These shoes are PATENT leather, not what is depicted in the pictures. As I have other formal shoes, another pair was not required, but I was willing to hold on to them, had Amazon been accomodating: when I received the shoes, their price dropped another 10 percent. I called Amazon & asked them to credit me the difference, but they wouldn't. All they could say was for me to purchase the new ones, and return the pair just received. I saw No sense in this argument, and they held fast to it no matter how many supervisors I spoke with. I returned them promptly & swore I'd never show with them again.
