These needles are exclusively distributed by "Oriental Touch LLC" at Amazon under the brand name of "Stanwood". They are the best we have ever made. They are first sanded super smooth using the finest sanding paper. Then they are lightly hand rubbed with a thin layer of wax to improve the smoothness. While feeling super smooth, one can still sense the texture of bamboo. That makes them very different than lacquered needles. Needle points are uniformly shaped as shown in the picture. Fill the gaps in your needle collection!
These needles are an inexpensive way to make sure you have the right size at hand. I've paid up to $10 on needles that were of about the same quality. Lightweight, clearly marked, and unbelievably priced. They shipped quickly and were individually packaged. I also have a set of double-pointed needles from the same manufacturer, and am very happy with them.

Great Buy
These needles seem to hold up just as well as more expensive brands and are a great buy.

Good Price but Lack Quality
I was excited to find these needles, because I could buy them as a set and not have to run to the store every time I needed a different size. And the price was very good. However, don't waste your money if you are planning on using these needles a lot. I knit a lot of hats, and use my size 7 and 8 a lot. After just a couple hats, I had to glue the cord back on both needles on both sides. It would crimp over when I was knitting and eventually break. After a couple attempts to fix it, I gave in and bought some quality needles in the sizes I use the most. These would be a good bargain if you only use them sometimes, but for the serious knitter I recommend spending the extra money on some quality needles.
