	Tucks Hemorrhoidal Pads with Witch Hazel - 100 ea Buy new: $5.94 witch hazel is great for hemorhoids, but kind of a hassle to carry the bottle and some tissue, so i'm taking these pads next time to the hospital.
	Always Maxi Overnight Pads with Flexi-Wings, 56-Count Package Pads (Pack of 2) Your brand of choice, of course, but the maxi pads provided by the hospital are bulky and uncomfortable (and i'm a big fan of the wings).
	No Nonsense Women's Cotton Hi Cut Panties, 3-Pack #N219W something like this- brief, any color you like (whatever is cheapest)-is good. the hospital gives these netting panties that are horrible.
	Gerber Soothing Gel Patches These are nice for your sore nipples. my hospital provided them, but it took some time to finally get them and you'll want some extras for home.
	Medela 100% Cotton Washable Bra Pads Buy new: $9.25 I had to use washable, cotton breast pads since the disposable ones have a plastic backing that prevents the nipple from drying completely--more sensitive.
	Bravado! Nursing Tank - Assorted Colors Buy new: $44.50 - $50.00 I found these in a local retail store for under $20 (think bulls-eye logo). i lived in them, literally, for the first 2 months or so! great for nights.
	Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breast Pump Buy new: $299.99 i'm not saying you need to buy this, but renting one of these from the hospital was the only way my friend got her milk supply up and was able to nurse comfortably.
	Medela Contact Nipple Shield - Standard Size (24mm) Buy new: $10.50 i used these for a month- don't use more than a week! good for helping babies with poor latch/small mouths, but limits the amt. of milk they get.
	Inflatable Seat-Cushion Ring Buy new: $7.95 This might come in handy if you a) suffered a tailbone injury during labor; b) have some uncomfortable hemorhoids.
	Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump Buy new: $27.50 This good for relieving engorgement (my baby couldn't nurse when milk came in b/c breast was too large and hard, had to manually express some milk first).
