If you want to disguise garlic in the food for kids..

Dosa / Roti Griddle.

For "banda pachadi", south Indian chutneys done in Mortar and Pestle. Also good for making an instant ginger/garlic paste.

Good for dividing doughs for big batches of Roti/Puri and some sweets that require you to make a dough. This is more a good-to-have than a must-have. I like it because I'm a kitchen gadjet lover :)

For chai :) does not spill, when pouring.

Great for Aloo Paratha. Cuts the stuffing-making time to a great extent.

For small batches of masala/curry powders. I generally do big batches (using my Indian mixer/grinder) and store in freezer but if you like to do it for something just for that one curry (like my brother's wife), this one is the way to go. Takes very little counter space.

For cooking lot of things Indian, faster. Esp. for dal/rice. I have an Indian Pressure cooker, but heard great things about this one from my friends.

Interlocking is a wonderful feature for storing in the drawers. You don't poke yourself looking for this. Dishwasher safe. Love these.

Single serve omelettes.

For chai, single serving :)

Had other cheaper ones which rusted. This one as other Oxo ones, is good as usual.
