About the Author
Stuart Ramage Rose, M.D. is Director of the International Travel Clinic at Noble Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Amherst College and Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is board certified in both internal medicine and emergency medicine.
Dr. Rose is Founder and President of Travel Medicine, Inc. He is a member of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and the International Society of Travel Medicine.
Consulting Editors Jay Keystone, M.D. is Professor of Medicine at The University of Toronto, Director of International Health Programs, Faculty of Medicine and Director, International Medical Graduate Program, Ontario Ministry of Health. Dr. Keystone, is a world-recognized authority in the field of travel medicine.
Phyllis Kozarsky, M.D. is Associate Professor of Medicine at Emory where she is also Assistant Professor of International Health at the Emory University School of Public Health.
Dr. Kozarsky serves on the Executive Board of the International Society of Travel Medicine and is on the Editorial Board of both the American Journal of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene and the Journal of Travel Medicine. She is a consultant to the Division of Quarantine at the CDC as well as a consultant to numerous multinational corporations, missionary groups, and volunteer organizations.
