Birthday Wishes Barbie is the picture of freshness, youth, and femininity. She could be a wish come true for any little girl celebrating her own birthday. She comes as the traditional Barbie or as an African American version. In either version, she wears an intricately designed ball gown of pink satin and glittering white organza, which compliments her beautiful figure. The dress is adorned, simply, with a large sash and bow on one side. Sheer and shimmering, the sleeves of her gown are of the puffed variety, but little girls won't mind the extravagance in the least. Pearl earrings and a single strand pearl choker are all the jewelry our birthday girl wears, which happens to be just enough. Pink "highboys" set off her pretty ankles.
