Lousy design
This is one irritating product. It's durable, and the velcro is strong, but it's got a fatal flaw: the screen isn't visible! If you set up a playlist or use shuffle and want to lock it (disabling the buttons), I guess it would be okay. However, if you're like me, you'll want to adjust the volume on occasion or skip a track here and there. Well, with this armband if you're trying to do that and you errantly hit a button while, prepare to interrupt your workout so you can slide the player out and navigate the menu.

I guess I have myself to blame--the armband is exactly as pictured, but in practice it's way more of a pain to use than I anticipated. Unfortunately, it was the only armband I could find when this player was released. I'll be getting a different armband as soon as one becomes available. Dissatisfaction is guaranteed with this poorly conceived product.

Waste of money
I bought this to put my Zen in. Looks good in pictures, but when you get it, you'll think differently.. It has a wide armband that velcros together. I thought maybe it would have been elastic to stay on your arm when your running. This does not. It drops down when running. I can't seem to make it fit tight enough to work.. I don't know about other folks, but I like to see the screen. This has no hole for the screen. Let me know of another MP3 player that does not have a place to see the screen.

All you get is a huge circle with ZEN on it...

Waste of my money.
I bought an ID holder in my deployed location that I use. Has elastic armback and a clear vinyl front with a velcro side to put your zen in.I trimmed a little hole for the earphones and.......Voila.......The perfect holder and it cost me $2.00..
Maybe Creative can take this hint and make a better armband..

NOT USER FRIENDLY
I bought the Zen armband to use at the gym. It protects my Zen, but covers all the controls. I have to turn it on BEFORE inserting it in the arm band. Then I can connect it to the earphones. There are raised symbols, a la braille, that can be used, but they do not work for me. I am sorry I spent the money. Now I have to see if any of the user friendly iPod armbands will work.
