I recently bought a creative MP3 player to replace my creative Zen which I'd had for three years. My Zen still works great, but I needed to upgrade and get a little more storage. I listen to a lot of audio books and podcasts while I work, and Creative's MP3 players allow me to store much more media than an Ipod with the same memory would allow. There are no restrictions for certain types of media or downloads and you don't have to download additional software. Creative products are much more user friendly than any other personal media device I've ever come across. Based on my experience with their products I will be a lifetime customer, when I need to upgrade again I will definitely stick with Creative Lab's products - there's no comparison. I also highly recommend the skin with wire management - I used to go through a lot of ear buds because I would wrap them around my MP3 player, I can see that they will last a lot longer by having a proper and convenient way to sotre them when my player is not in use. Love it!
I love the Zen Creative because of all the functions, but most importantly the book-marking capability. I have listened to scores of books on my MP3 player and this feature is vital to my sanity....it is traumatic to lose your place after getting 32 hours into a book!

LIKE IT JUST LIKE MY BLACK ONE ONLY WISH IT WAS A LITTLE EASIER TO USE. BUTTONS AT TIMES ARE A LITTLE CONFUSING.
